Body Rolling Basics – Stretch & Tone
Get ready and get in shape for outdoor activities!
Prevent potential injuries by improving your flexibility, muscle tone and core strength, with the added benefit of a massage! All work will be done using Yamuna ® small (6″-10″) therapy balls. (No previous experience required.)
Foot Fitness
This class will help increase foot flexibility and range of motion.
Are your feet stiff and sore from standing all day or wearing high heeled shoes? Do you suffer with Plantar Fasciitis? This class will help increase foot flexibility and range of motion; improve gait and alignment; strengthen arches and increase circulation. Foot work will be done using Yamuna Foot Wakers and Foot Savers (R) Both these products were featured this past year in the Globe & Mail, and in Elle, Jane and Pilates Style magazines.
